Green technology and energy efficient components have been built into the entire building wherever possible. Features include energy star appliances, exposed steel spiral ductwork, an upgraded heating and cooling system, LED light fixtures, industrial locks, and an audio/video intercom system in each apartment.
All units have upgraded CAT 6 wiring with a 1Gig internet line dedicated to each apartment. There is a central internet jack in the living room. The system can also be configured to each tenants own liking.
All walls are 1 ½” thick and over insulated to prevent noise transfer. There are new hardwood floors in the shared space and both bedrooms in each unit are carpeted. All units have high ceilings and industrial design elements. Some units have additional features including private balconies, built in desk units, and a fireplace.
Pets are allowed with a pet application and a $600 non-refundable pet deposit.
Downtown Campus Location:
The location is convenient to for walking and public transportation. There are five bus lines with a stop right outside the front entrance of the building. We are also only 1.5 blocks away from county market and located right in between campus and downtown Champaign.
Utilities Included in Rent:
Most are included in the cost of monthly rent. This includes the 1G internet, trash and recycling, and water and sewer service.
All units are equipped with high capacity, energy star, full size washer and dryer units. There is also a designated water heater in each unit and a HVAC system in each unit with 13 sear A/C and an electric heat pump to provide the optimum amount of heating and cooling while remaining its energy efficiency.
Each unit has a full-size tub, a ceiling fan and light in each bedroom and each closet is equipped with a wire rack storage system that reaches from the floor all the way to the 11’ ceilings.
Furnished Units Available:
Units can come either furnished or unfurnished. All furnished units include a full sized leather couch, oversized leather chair, a glass topped coffee table and matching side table, two glass topped desks, two chests of drawers, and two beds including a mattress, frame, and box spring.
