Units 201 and 301 are located on the West side of the building. The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment separated by the living area. These units include the standard furniture package at no additional cost. The furniture package includes a living room set with a full sized couch glass top coffee and side table, and a full bedroom set with a full size bed set and dresser.
Historic documents show that back in the early 1900’s when the Near North building operated as a hotel, infamous American gangster John Dillinger would frequently stay in the room that is now unit 201.
